We aim to help communities live up to their potential by supporting leaders to access new insights.

When leaders cultivate awareness, engage obstacles and reprogram outdated ways of being in their personal lives they are better poised to lead change in their spheres of influence. We work with high-responsibility professionals with the aim of leveraging leadership development to influence larger systems.

Madelynne Wager

Co-Founder & CEO

Madelynne is an ex-management consultant with expertise in strategy development, investment analysis and policy design. In addition to driving strategic decisions, she has extensive experience bringing together groups of senior executives in international forums.

Having worked with business and government leaders on five continents, she has an intimate understanding of the pressures facing global decision makers. She's driving Levity's go-to-market strategy to ensure executives can access the tailored treatments they need.

Madelynne previously worked at Bain & Company and the World Bank. She has an MBA from INSEAD and studied Economics and Public Policy at the University of Michigan.

Working in positions I assumed would provide meaning and fulfilment, I found myself, and many of those around me, to be unwell. Yet, there seemed to be a consensus that our situation was "as good as it got."

Regaining my health—and my ability to lead authentically—required me to refuse this consensus and reevaluate my motivations and understanding of success. I retook responsibility for the architecture of my life.

Through Levity, I aim to help others recognize meaning and possibility in their lives and develop the tools to make related positive shifts to their everyday experience.

By extension, I envision contributing to a generation of leadership motivated by the responsibility we have over our creations.

Through Levity, I hope to help individuals reach beyond basic symptom relief to guide the realization of their full potential, especially with the support of psychedelic treatment.

Ketamine treatment has allowed my patients to engage with the root causes of their mental health symptoms, such as crises of meaninglessness, alienation and trauma. By doing so, they achieve a renewed sense of self and are better able to craft practices that deepen their connection to others and the world around them. This has a profound impact on their quality of life.

Having cultivated expertise in ketamine-assisted therapy, I am excited to offer this transformational clinical work to leaders with the vision of impacting the trajectory of whole teams, organizations, industries and communities.

"

I have always loved the intersection of efficiency, innovation and transformation. My goal in my work has been to leverage this to support people in expressing their full potential; neurobiology and ketamine are the most effective tools I have come across in my decade as psychotherapist to do so.

Over time working with high-responsibility professionals I learned executives share similar strengths, challenges and needs. With targeted support, they are able to quickly make meaningful shifts in their work and personal lives, and this impacts how they do business.

Co-creating Levity feels like the frontier of change, health and inspiration and supports a vision of change that brings these powerful interventions to powerful people.
